Winners Photograph and Press Release

Class 1 (Sails) – Winners of Burton Bradstock Primary School 2011 inter-class photo competition sponsored by Burton Bradstock ONLINE. Albie (whose photograph was also chosen as best overall entry) holds the Winner’s Shield and Jake the Digital Camera.  These were presented by Mr. David Edwards, Burton Bradstock ONLINE representative.  In the Class picture Albie holds a print of his ‘Best Picture’ entry.

The annual Burton Bradstock Primary School inter-class photo competition, sponsored by Burton Bradstock ONLINE, took place during the Summer Term 2011 for the fifth year running.  Classes entered photographs linked to specific topics that each class was studying.  Again this year the prize of a Winner’s Shield was complemented with a Panasonic Digital Camera. 

The standard of entry was again excellent with Class 1 (Sails) being the winners.  The judge decided that, in particular, the composition of the photographs depicting their chosen topic of ‘Environment’, made them worthy winners.  All the photographs entered for judging will be posted on the Burton Bradstock ONLINE web site (www.burtonbradstock.org.uk).
