The Coastguards recommended that to improve
safety on the beach a minimum of 6 life guards would need to work shifts
from June to Sept between the hours of 10am to 6pm at a cost of £16,000-£20,000
per annum |

Has recently been considered by the Parish
Council. The majority view is

Some people requested a village policeman.
Neighbourhood Watch has 19 co-ordinators covering the whole parish
and the crime rate is negligible 2 Police Community Support Officers are
